RAR, Inc. was founded by Ricardo Rios and incorporated in February 2008. Mr. Rios had worked for many years in the trucking industry as a dispatcher and later as customer service and office support staff. His passion for excellent customer service and desire to help others compelled him to purchase his first truck when the opportunity was presented. With his knowledge and resources he supported independent truck drivers and owner-operators. Rios developed a business model based on this endeavor and established RAR, Inc. as the prototype.

Today, RAR, Inc. employs a staff of full-time drivers, operations managers, office administrators and dispatchers, and owns a fleet of semi-trucks, and dump trailers. The company remains dedicated to its original mission: helping carry the load for its customers and others seeking to serve the hauling needs of the road and building construction industries.

RAR, Inc. is a Hispanic-owned business, certified with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
